H.O.P. (Hour of Power)

Every day, ideally in the morning, I'm going to do my HOP! My preference of order: Drink water with squeezed lemon juice. Start alkanizing my body. Movement: I like walking my dog to get circulation going. If I'm traveling or if I'm not with my dog, I'm going to rebound (little trampolin). Rebounding is awesome for the lymphatic system! Do mindful breathing from Dr. Andrew Weil's "Breathing". Inhale for 4, hold for 7 and exhale for 8 counts. Only 4x of these and no more than twice a day he recommends. This is teaching my body to breathe properly and to relax... Experience my Gratitiude, Visualization and Incantations.
